Cafe Racer

The Cafe Racer is a shortboard model that has been part of the Christenson Surfboards lineup since 2004, now updated as the Cafe Racer 2.0. It features a spiral vee and double concave bottom combination with signature low rails. The 2025 update removed the beaked nose to allow more nose rocker and deepened the concave in the tail, aimed at improving performance and looks. Christenson positions it as a daily-driver model suited to both expert and novice surfers. It is designed to be ridden as a quad or thruster using Christenson's own 5-fin sets, available in FCS2 or Futures fittings. Recommended length is 1 to 3 inches below the rider's height. Sizes run from 5'4" to 6'4", with volumes from roughly 25.35L to 38.6L, allowing the board to be set up for a wide range of rider weights and skill levels.
